For questions, bug reports, or feedback, email support@fhbtechservices.com. We do our best to respond within two business days. To help us help you, please include:

• the email address on your VoiceQuote account;
• your device (for example, iPhone 15 or Samsung Galaxy S24) and app version; and
• what you were doing and what happened, with a screenshot if you can.

Please don't email us passwords, and avoid including your customers' personal information unless it's needed to solve the problem.

Common questions

My voice quote didn't come out right

Voice quotes are drafts. Always review them before saving. Speak clearly, close to your phone, in a quiet place, and mention each item with its quantity and price (for example, "two hours of labour at 85 dollars an hour"). You can edit any item, or add the quote by hand instead.

The app says it can't use the microphone

VoiceQuote needs microphone access to record. On iPhone, go to Settings → VoiceQuote and turn on Microphone. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → VoiceQuote → Permissions and allow Microphone.

My customer didn't get the email

Ask them to check their spam or junk folder, and check the email address on the customer or in the Email screen. You can also send the quote with Share or Copy Link from the Send Quote screen.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new password.

Delete your account or data

You can delete individual quotes, customers (once they have no quotes), and your business logo directly in the app at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open VoiceQuote and sign in.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete Account at the bottom.
3. Enter your password and tap Delete Account.

This deactivates your account right away: you're signed out on all your devices, and links to quotes you've sent stop working. Your quotes and customers are kept, so if you change your mind, just sign in again with the same email and password and everything is restored.

Permanently erase your data

1. Email support@fhbtechservices.com from the email address on your VoiceQuote account, with the subject "Delete my VoiceQuote account".
2. We'll confirm the request with you to make sure it's really you.
3. We'll permanently delete your account, business profile, logo, customers, quotes, and quote history within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

Permanent deletion can't be undone. See the Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
